No more manual work
Your invoicing runs on its own. Delivery notes get processed without anyone retyping them. The people who used to do that work are now doing something more valuable.
I eliminate manual work and save companies thousands a month. You focus on growth.

AI for business
Manual invoice processing, copying data between systems, reports assembled in Excel for hours. There's a better way. AI automation eliminates repetitive work and frees up capacity where you need it.
I'm not a consultant who tells you what to do. I'm a developer who understands your business, designs the solution, builds it, tests it and deploys it.
Your invoicing runs on its own. Delivery notes get processed without anyone retyping them. The people who used to do that work are now doing something more valuable.
Reports are generated overnight without anyone assembling them in the morning. I plug AI directly into the CRM, helpdesk, or invoicing system you already use.
Every company has a different bottleneck. I build exactly what you need: a chatbot that handles your support queue, or a bridge between two systems that never talked to each other.
Cooperation
Initial call
We talk about what's slowing you down. After thirty minutes we'll both know if it makes sense to go further. No commitments.
I visit your company
I talk directly with the people who actually run the processes. Phones, paper, spreadsheets emailed back and forth. I need to see all of it.
Specific automation proposals
You get a concrete proposal: what to automate, how it will work, and a rough cost estimate. Not a generic recommendation from a one-hour call.
Implementation and deployment
I build, test, deploy. A few weeks later your team is spending their time on different things than before.
Initial call is free (30 minutes). Analysis and consulting at an hourly rate. Once you have a proposed solution, we set a project price that works for both sides.
Operations under control
Every project comes with an SLA contract, and NDA if needed. I handle maintenance via a monthly retainer, scaled to the size of the solution.
More heads, one line
Behind me is a network of people from IDEATECH (development) and 3DCap (data, algorithms). I bring in specialists as needed, but your single point of contact is always me.
What I do
I walk through your business processes and find where people are doing a machine's job. Invoice processing, matching delivery notes, manual reports, copying data between systems. I automate it. And you move those people where they actually add value.
In practice
An employee earning 40,000 CZK a month spent most of their day retyping delivery notes. I automated the processing via XML files. Saved over 400,000 CZK a year.
End-to-end development from architecture to deployment. E-commerce, web apps, mobile apps, API integrations. Custom CMS platform powering dozens of online stores.
Trading systems that run on their own. Crypto, forex, backtesting, optimization. Built from scratch at 3DCap. Custom infrastructure, custom algorithms.
Where I work
CTO
I build IDEATECH CMS, an e-commerce platform for our clients. As CTO, I lead the dev team, design solutions and make sure the result makes sense both technically and for the business.
Lead Engineer & Co-founder
I handle the infrastructure, program execution algorithms and provide data for research. The entire tech stack built from the ground up.

We start with a free 30-minute call to talk through what's slowing you down and whether it makes sense to go further. Analysis and consulting is then billed at an hourly rate. Once you have a concrete automation proposal in hand, we agree on a project price that works for both sides.
It depends on scope. Simpler automations (connecting one system to another, processing documents) are typically done in three to four weeks. More complex projects take six weeks or more. I always give you a realistic estimate upfront, not an optimistic scenario.
I automate processes that repeat and follow clear rules: invoice and document processing, moving data between systems, generating reports, sorting emails, answering routine queries. What doesn't automate well: decisions that require experience and context, creative work, non-standard situations. The exact possibilities only become clear once I've seen your operation in person.
In most cases, no. I connect to what you already have: your invoicing system, CRM, helpdesk, email server. Replacing software is not the goal of automation. The goal is to remove the manual work that happens around what already works.
I've been writing software for over 15 years, the last 9 of those as CTO at IDEATECH, where I lead a team and maintain an e-commerce platform used by dozens of clients. Automation isn't a side project for me. I build it for companies regularly, and I'm happy to show you concrete examples during our first call.
Every project comes with an SLA contract with a defined response time. I handle maintenance via a monthly retainer scaled to the size of the solution. I'm your single point of contact, so if something breaks, we fix it together rather than through a distant vendor's support queue.
Who I am
I've been coding for over 15 years and I still love it. I'm driven by curiosity and the need to find the most efficient way to solve things. I'm not the type who locks himself in code. I understand business, talk to clients and translate their needs into technical solutions that actually make sense. Based in Brno, open to collaboration across the Czech Republic.
At IDEATECH I lead the development of an e-commerce platform and a team of developers. At 3DCap I build infrastructure and execution algorithms for automated trading.
