Privacy Policy

Short and plain, no legalese: what I collect, why, and how to get rid of it if you want.

Who's responsible

petrvojacek.cz is run by Petr Vojacek, who is also the data controller. Contact: petr@ideatech.cz.

What the inquiry form collects

The form on the Inquiry page stores exactly what you type: project type, budget range, name, email, and the message text. It also records the language version of the form and the submission time. Nothing else. I don't store your IP address, browser user agent, or referrer, because the form never captures them in the first place.

Legal basis

The legal basis is legitimate interest in replying to a business inquiry you sent yourself. There's no consent checkbox on the form, and none is implied by submitting it.

What I use the data for

Only to reply to you personally. I don't use it for marketing, don't share it with third parties, and don't sell it.

Where the data lives

Your inquiry is saved to a database on the server the site runs on, and I also get an email notification in my own inbox.

How long I keep it

Inquiries are kept for 24 months from submission, then deleted. If an inquiry turns into a working relationship, retention after that point follows the terms of that relationship, not this page.

Your rights

You can access, correct, or delete your data, and object to how it's processed. The simplest way is to email petr@ideatech.cz and I'll handle it personally.

Article part 2 notification

Some blog articles let you sign up for a notification when a follow-up part is published. Only your email is stored, and it's used exactly once, to send that one notification.

Analytics and cookies

The site may use Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, and Microsoft Clarity, but all three load only after you accept the analytics category in the cookie banner. Google Consent Mode v2 defaults to denying everything, and you can change your choice anytime through the cookie settings in the site footer.
